RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. AJ BROTHERS we have a team of hardworking professionals working every day to make your experience special. Buying any products can be really tough sometimes, as you may not find your ideal one in one-go. But we accept return with following condition only;
- Return or exchange requests have to be made within 7 days of the parcel being received.
- When requesting a product return or exchange, a 360-degree opening video of the shipment must be submitted.
- No exchange or return will be accepted without a360-degree opening video.
- Exchanges are only accepted for product faults, sizing concerns, or instances when the incorrect product was shipped by us.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted non-other the mentioned above.
- To facilitate a return or exchange, customers must arrange a courier or reverse pick-up to us the defective or wrong product back.
- We do not offer free pickups for returns; instead, it is entirely dependent on mutual agreement.
- We would make a pickup request within seven working days if we agreed to accept the return.
- The exchange procedure will commence as soon as the defective or wrong products received to us or in our warehouse.
